We do not utilize Google Analytics. We have no way of telling anyone’s age who visits our website. Our website is a business to business resource for companies seeking solutions regarding talent strategy. We do not intend to collect tracking information for children under the age of 18. There is no specific data that is collected that would link or allow us to identify if someone under the age of 18 visits our website.

Data We Collect:

What we don’t automatically collect: your name, your email, or any other personal information that is directly connected to you. We collect the personal data of the following types of people in order to undertake our core business.

  • Prospective and placed candidates

  • Prospective and live client contacts

  • Supplier contacts to support our services

  • Employees and Consultants

We may collect the following information:

  • Name and address

  • Current job title, salary, earnings and benefits

  • Contact information including email addresses and telephone numbers

  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

  • Compliance documentation and references

  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or

As we are not an agency or umbrella company, it is very unlikely that we will need to obtain payment information such as bank details from individuals, however on rare occasions this may happen if we need to act as an intermediary between the client and candidate.

We don’t sell any data to anyone. We only share data with contractors that help manage our website and marketing efforts. These contractors are not permitted to share or sell data as part of their scope of work with us.

  • To provide you with information, products, and services that you may request from us or we think will be of interest to you because it is relevant to your career or to your organization.

  • The core service we offer to our candidates and clients is the introduction of candidates to our clients for the purposes of temporary or permanent engagement. However, our service expands to supporting individuals throughout their career and to supporting businesses’ resourcing needs and strategies.

  • Our legal basis for the processing of data is our Legitimate Business Interests. We will in some instances rely on consent for the particular use of your data and you will be asked for your express consent, if legally required. Examples of when consent may be the lawful basis for processing include permission to introduce a candidate to a client.

We May Share Your Data:

We may share your data for the following purposes.

  • For our internal records

  • For notification about changes to our services

  • For our website and CRM use

  • For emails about information you may find interesting or periodic follow-ups to keep in touch.

At Eleve Talent, your right to maintain your personally identifiable information is incredibly important to us. If you think that data has been submitted to us through our website in error, if you would like to inquire what information that you have submitted in the past is still on file, or if you would like to have the information that you submitted to our website information deleted, please feel free to contact us.
